This beach has a magnificent landscape dominated by an extensive patch of pine forest that surrounds the lagoon at the mouth of Ribeira do Almargem, habitat for waterfowl and which houses plants like thyme-hammerhead and the lift of the Algarve, this unique region.
The bathing area develops along a tongue of sand between the lagoon and the sea where is installed the beach concession, which guarantees the surveillance and the hiring of awnings and motorized water sports.
The beach enjoys the tranquility of the surroundings and has supporting equipment with restaurant/bar and toilet facilities.
Road access: rising Output of Quarteira, 1st access on the ground to the right, about 1.2 Miles.
Parking: cluttered and on land next to the beach.
